| Our industry will archive the goals of LaundryESP® through voluntary initiatives.
These initiatives foster pollution reduction and resource conservation within each laundry facility, as well as at our customers' businesses. There are various voluntary initiatives available to participating companies, these include but are not limited to:
Establishment of recycling, reuse and recovery programs within each plant;
Implementation of best management practices to conserve resources;
Self-assessments of operations and environmental compliance;
Use of environmentally beneficial chemicals;
Installation of more efficient equipment; and
Education of customers to reduce pollutants on incoming soiled textiles. |
